Secure outside storage for the winter season, billed in advance for the seven months of November through May. Storage before Nov. 1 is billed at $137 per month for boats under 22 ft. and $149 per month for boats 22–28 ft. All boats must be shrink-wrapped for winter storage at the renter's expense. Storage Rental Agreement

Rent & Period of Occupancy:
Renter shall pay Owner (Colorado Boat Center), in advance, rent for seven months, the months of November – May of outside storage. Extended storage time prior to Nov. 1 will be billed at a rate of $137.00 – $149.00 a month, depending on boat length, with no per day, pro-rated adjustments. Any units remaining in storage on or after June 1 will incur a storage fee at the rate of $10.00 per day. Upon written request by the Renter, the Owner may extend the monthly rate beyond June 1, at the Owner’s discretion.
Notice:
Renter agrees that all units and articles stored under the terms of this agreement will be sold or otherwise disposed of if property has not been picked up or an extension of this agreement has not been paid in full within 30 days of the termination date. Proceeds from the sale will be first applied to the costs and expenses of sale and then to delinquent rent.
Possessions:
Owner shall have no liability for damage or loss caused by heat, cold, theft, vandalism, fire, water, winds, dust, rain, explosion, rodents, insects or any other cause whatsoever. Owner carries no insurance covering a loss to Renter’s possessions. All boats are required to be shrink-wrapped for winter storage at Renter’s expense.
Insurance:
Renter shall maintain a policy of fire and extended coverage insurance with theft, vandalism and malicious mischief endorsements to the extent of 100% of the replacement value of the property in storage. To the extent that Renter does not maintain such insurance, Renter agrees to “self insure” the property to the same extent as such policy would have provided. Owner shall not be liable to Renter for personal injuries, loss or damage to personal property caused by any act or negligence of any person on said premises. Renter hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner from any and all claims for loss, damages to property or personal injury and costs, including attorney’s fees.
This contract will be binding upon and insure to the benefits of the parties hereto, their heirs, successor, personal representative & assigns.
