2025 Review: Colorado Boating Highlights 2026 Plans
Articles
The 2025 boating season brought incredible days on Boyd Lake, Carter Lake, Horsetooth Reservoir, and elsewhere across Colorado’s front range. As a team, we spent the year helping new and longtime boaters make memories on the water, introduce their families to boating, and enjoying the lifestyle that defines our community. With another season wrapped up, we’re taking a look back at the moments that shaped 2025 and sharing what we’re preparing for as we head into 2026.
A Year Filled with Colorado Boating Highlights

This season gave our team plenty to celebrate. For the third year in a row, we were recognized as an MRAA Best Dealership to Work For. Maintaining 100 percent CSI scores with both Barletta and Regal reflected how committed our staff is to creating an exceptional ownership experience. We also added Yamaha Boats to our lineup, giving our customers another reliable option for Colorado’s lakes.
We spent a lot of time on the water with our community. Our Women Making Waves and Men in the Know sessions at Boyd Lake continued to grow. Demo days at Lonetree Reservoir gave boaters hands-on time with Barletta and Regal models. The fifth annual Barletta Owners Regatta at Horsetooth Reservoir brought familiar faces together for a full day of cruising, floating, and connecting. Our spring open house at the dealership kicked off the season, and our partnership with Scheels continued to bring new boaters into the lifestyle.
Moments That Stood Out in 2025
“Our staff has worked harder and put more in physically and emotionally this year than they ever have.”
Some of our favorite stories came directly from the time we spent with Colorado boaters. We joined first-time owners on the water and helped them get comfortable operating their boats. Our team captained a boat for a customer’s staff meeting at Chatfield Reservoir. We delivered a Barletta to Dillon Reservoir for a customer who insisted the family didn’t need a boat, then admitted that once it hit the water, they absolutely did.
We worked with a customer who turned his boat into a mobile office by adding Starlink and spending his workdays at Carter Lake. We also saw several new owners take full advantage of the season, putting nearly 100 hours on their engines in just their first year on the water.
How We Continued Improving the CBC Experience
This was the first full season of the CBC Concierge Service, and it quickly became a valued part of how we support our customers. Our team continued modernizing tools, updating equipment, and refining processes to improve efficiency and create a smoother experience from service scheduling to on-water handoffs.
Service work stayed steady throughout the year, with summerizations, 20-hour services, winterizations, and shrink wrapping being the most common needs. Popular upgrades included Vantage Wraps, Lilipad diving boards, grills, electronics packages, board racks, stereo improvements, and custom travel covers for pontoons.
What Stood Out on the Water

Barletta’s Lusso series led the premium pontoon category for many of our customers, with Cabrio and Aria models close behind. Regal Surf models continued to see high demand thanks to their versatility and ease of use across Colorado’s lakes.
Behind the scenes, our staff put in more physical and emotional energy than ever this year. We also made sure they had time to celebrate their own milestones. Team members traveled to Europe, took cruises across the Pacific, celebrated engagements, and enjoyed family moments, including grandkids moving closer to home. Supporting our team helps us better support our customers, and this year was a great reminder of that.
Looking Ahead to the 2026 Boating Season

As we move into the new season, our focus remains the same. We’ll continue delivering the CBC experience our customers know and appreciate while growing at a pace that allows us to maintain high-quality service. You’ll see more demo days at Lonetree Reservoir, expanded community events with Scheels, and the return of our annual boating classes.
Our goal is to help every customer feel confident, prepared, and excited for their time on the water. We look forward to seeing familiar faces, meeting new boaters, and sharing in the joy that boating brings to Northern Colorado.
We’re grateful for every customer, every story, and every moment shared on the water this year. Northern Colorado’s boating community continues to inspire us, and our team is excited to support your adventures in 2026. Whether you’re planning upgrades, looking for a new boat, or preparing for the next season, we’re here to help you make the most of your time on the water.
